1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to Kwik Plumbing & Heating ("we", "us", "our"), a Rhode Island plumbing and heating company operating from 1149 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919, and the website hosted at kwikwarwick.com. We hold RI Master Plumber License #MP-6247.

2. What this site does and doesn't collect

kwikwarwick.com is an informational marketing site. It does not run a checkout, does not store user accounts, and does not host a contact form on this domain. The site itself collects:

• Anonymous page-view analytics via Vercel Analytics — page URLs, approximate country, and device type. No cookies, no IP storage, no cross-site tracking.
• Standard server logs kept by our host (Vercel) for operational purposes — IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp. Retained on Vercel's schedule (typically 30 days) and used only for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising pixels, behavioral retargeting, or third-party social trackers on this site.

3. Information you give us directly

When you contact us about a job — by phone, email, or through the online quote form on our parent site at kwikplumbingri.com — you may provide:

• Your name, phone number, email address.
• The service address where the work is needed.
• A description of the issue or the work you want done.
• For paid invoices: payment information processed by our card processor (we do not store full card numbers on our systems).

That information is used to dispatch a technician, generate a quote, complete the job, and follow up about the work. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your contact information with marketers.

4. Third parties we use

• Vercel — site hosting and anonymous page-view analytics.
• Google Maps — embedded map on our contact page (loads from Google's servers; subject to Google's privacy policy).
• Email provider — incoming email at kwikplumbingoffice@gmail.com is delivered through standard email infrastructure (Google Workspace).
• Card processor — when you pay an invoice, your card details are handled by a PCI-compliant processor; we receive a transaction record, not your card number.

Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy that governs the data they handle on our behalf.

5. Cookies

This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content (the Google Maps iframe on the contact page) may set its own cookies under Google's policies once you interact with it. We do not place cookies for marketing or remarketing purposes.

6. How long we keep things

• Server logs: per Vercel's schedule (typically up to 30 days).
• Customer service records (job history, invoices, warranty work): kept for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet our tax / accounting obligations under Rhode Island and federal law (typically 7 years).
• Inactive estimate requests that don't convert to a job: deleted on request, otherwise removed in routine cleanup.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask us:

• What information we hold about you.
• To correct inaccurate information.
• To delete your information, except where we're required to keep it (e.g. for tax or warranty purposes).
• To stop contacting you with follow-up communications.
